Rick joined Consilium Partners in 2002 and heads the firm's
activities in the industrial growth sector. Previous to joining
Consilium Partners, Rick enjoyed a 21 year career at BankBoston
and Fleet where he held senior-level positions in transaction
origination, relationship management, and general management
roles in middle market banking, asset based lending, and
specialized
industry banking. Rick originated a broad range
of middle market leveraged financing transactions, including
management buy-outs, recapitalizations,
and industry build-ups. Rick is active with the Greater Boston
Chamber of Commerce, currently chairing the Small Business
of the Year Award Committee, as well as the Association for
Corporate Growth and SBANE. He is Treasurer of the Board
of Trustees of the Concord Free Public Library, and past
president of the Board of Governors of the Concord Museum.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart College.
