Steven B. Schaepe

Prior to co-founding Consilium Partners, Steve was a Director in the Middle-Market Mergers and Acquisitions Group at FleetBoston Robertson Stephens Inc. where he was responsible for initiating and executing strategic advisory engagements involving mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, management buy-outs, recapitalizations, acquisition financings and fairness opinions. Prior to joining the Middle-Market Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Steve was a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of BancBoston Robertson Stephens, where he headed the Transaction Development Group, which focused on transactions involving Financial Sponsors, and also specialized in transactions in the Consumer and Industrial Growth sectors. Previously, Steve worked in BankBoston's High Technology Lending Division, where his experience included leveraged acquisitions and recapitalizations, as well as domestic and international financing for growth companies.

Steve holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
